Cancellation Policy

SAMPURNAKART INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• No cancellations are accepted for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.
• Refunds or replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the issue at their end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products. If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Warranty Products

For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer. For any refunds approved by SAMPURNAKART INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 9-15 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to the end customer.

Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 9-15 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please ensure that your payment details are accurate to avoid any delays in processing.
