Vendor Onboarding and Verification
Vendors must provide their details onboard. After verification of the information, the vendor’s profile will be approved. Vendors can toggle between online and offline statuses to receive repair orders. Online vendors are expected to fulfill the orders by performing repairs as per the selected service categories.
Repair Orders
When online, vendors will receive repair orders based on the selected categories. Vendors must manage the repair order statuses such as “Quality Check,” “Completed,” “Pending,” and any other relevant status updates.
Vendors may use the customer's shared location only for tracking the pickup address and reaching the customer's location to pick up the device for repair services.
App may use vendor current location in between the path for the navigation and sharing location to insure safety and transparancy.
Vendor Responsibilities
- Provide accurate details during the onboarding process.
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Complete repair tasks in a timely and professional manner.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and safety standards.
Repair Services and Charges
Vendors may charge a service fee for repairs, as communicated through the Sampurna Saathi Platform. A platform service fee may be levied by SampurnaKart for providing access to the platform. This fee will be notified to the vendors via the platform.
Payment and Fees
Payments for completed repair services will be made periodically, and vendors will be notified through the platform. Vendors will not charge customers beyond the service fee and repair costs unless tips are voluntarily provided.
Suspension and Termination
SampurnaKart reserves the right to suspend or terminate a vendor's access to the platform for reasons such as:
- Violating these T&Cs.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Poor service performance.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
